The pressure tank types
The capability of pump to be choosed subject to the
pump flux, head and frequency of starting
1. Vesp calculation ESP
VESP=16.5xQ/n Q: pump flux (LPM)
N:starting frequency(times/h)

2. Calculate available capability subject to the character of
pump's starting and stopping.

Z(available flux coefficient)=the tank's available capability,
while the pump pressure of starting
and stopping be known
PI=(the pump starting pressure)=head in fact+the loss pressure
in the pipes+the pressure demanded in the system
PF(the pump stopping pressure)=common in (pi+1.0~2.0/cm )
3. Calculate the tank capability from VESP

| Working principles of the tank |
The status of system operation without tank |
 |
·The pump operate justly, fill water
to the tank firstly, with the pressure
increasing to fixed value, the pump
stop. |
 |
·The tank supply water firstly, with the
interior pressure of the tank reduce
slowly, the pump supply water in conversion
frequency. |
 |
·The pump continue to filling water into the
tank when the water supply little or stop, till
getting the fixed pressure value |
|

Pressure can be fluctuated rapidly in accordance
with a little flow of water in the closed space because
water is non-compressiblility liquid. So keeping pressure
regularly it is important to use an accurate amount of
pressure tank prventing from repeating operation of
pump and water hammer phenomenon. |
